Lets See What to write, it has been a difficult week. On the downside (why do people always start with the downside anyway?) I had an awful kitchen accident, where I DECIDED TO TRY AND FRY MY HAND! For those of you out there that have tried to fry fries in a pot of oil on the stove, you will know what I mean. Anyway the danged stuff sloshed and my hand was burned really bad. The entire top and fingers! YIKES!!!

So I am slowly recovering from that, I have determined that in my little corner of the world pain is NOT a good thing!

On the upside of things, my very best friend LWM had a birthday (I shall be kind and not mention she turned 49) Poor Ol’ witch (no really she is a witch and rather proud of it too) I for one, am so glad she’s here and is my friend.

My puppy is in heat! Now I know your saying why didn’t you get her spayed, well she’s a tiny itty bitty little thing, just barely 4 pounds and we were afraid she would go to sleep and not wake up.  I am having to keep our other little boy who isn’t fixed away from her and its kinda a chore, but not nearly the chore it would be if I JUST IGNORED IT ALL SO I GUESS I’ll JUST SHUT UP AND STOP COMPLANING ABPOUT IT ALL.

Other random thoughts:

Man its cold here in ND, last week it was –40 below wind chill  and of course our furnace wasn’t working as well as it should have. Turns out the jerk contractor didn’t wire the furnace for the size of our home and so they had to come and add more electrical wiring to make it fit the size of the house, which wasn’t cheap and couldn’t not happen because it was so cold. May he (the contractor) get all he has sown and 10 times more as well.

Why is it the Fae in my house decided that swinging from the chandelier at 3 am is fun? It wakes the dogs, makes them growl, scares the %#*# out of me and then don’t even have the courtesy to be there when I get up to check out the noise. Oh sure I get a glimpse or two but hey LWM and I are letting them live in the basement through this awful winter, couldn’t they at least say a few words to me and let me get a full gander at them? But no, just bothering me and making messes and causing things to go boom in the night!

Ok that’s all for now, I have to go to bed, take some pain pills and float off to dreamland
